These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PawCraft online store and related services (the “Services”). “PawCraft”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to OLDI TRADING INC., the registered business operating under the PawCraft brand.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://pawcraft.ca/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. PawCraft reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Orders are accepted only after successful payment processing and confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before submitting; cancellations may not be possible after acceptance.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (https://pawcraft.ca/policies/refund-policy).
All purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale.

4. PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and import fees unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize PawCraft to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events outside our control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, product designs, images, text, and media on our store are the property of PawCraft (OLDI TRADING INC.) or its licensors.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools or integrations are provided “as is” without any warranties.
Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. PawCraft is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or business practices.
Engagement with third-party websites is at your own risk.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PawCraft is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with PawCraft (OLDI TRADING INC.), not with Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, issues, or losses arising from your purchases at PawCraft.

10. PRIVACY

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://pawcraft.ca/policies/privacy-policy) and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to such processing, which may occur outside of your country of residence.

11. FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, reviews, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant PawCraft a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that Feedback in any medium.
You confirm that your Feedback does not infringe on any third-party rights.

12. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Information on our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, or cancel orders without prior notice.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services:

14. TERMINATION

Sections that, by nature, should survive termination (including IP, Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawCraft (OLDI TRADING INC.) and its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawCraft, OLDI TRADING INC., and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.

19. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.
These Terms, along with all related store policies (Privacy, Shipping, Refund), constitute the entire agreement between you and PawCraft.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without written consent.
PawCraft (OLDI TRADING INC.) may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

22. HEADINGS

Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
