At PawCraft, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: For change-of-mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selections, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• Free of odors, stains, or excessive pet hair
• Returned in the original packaging with all inserts
• Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase
PawCraft reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
How to Start a Return
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery through any of the following methods:
• Through your customer account
• Through your order confirmation page
• By contacting us at hello@pawcraft.ca

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selections, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with the return shipment.
If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to our error, PawCraft will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PawCraft is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Used items or items not in resalable condition
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary.
