Processing time
- All orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- In rare cases of high order volume or carrier-related delays, we’ll notify you by email.

We ship orders from Vancouver, BC, Canada to:

🌍 Selected international destinations in Europe and other regions where shipping is available at checkout
Available shipping destinations, methods, delivery times, and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Shipping costs and available methods are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We work with trusted carriers, including:
- Canada Post
- Chit Chats
- USPS
- UPS
- DHL Express
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Customs, duties, and taxes (International orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
PawCraft is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
Shipping confirmation & tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pawcraft.ca, including photos of the packaging and item.
We’ll assist you with the carrier claim process.
